Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Negative TB Test Results
- Signed ‘Statement of No Misconduct’
Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certified Nursing Assistant for the State of Georgia
- Completion of the orientation training
- Signed ‘Statement of No Misconduct’
- Negative TB Test Results
- Provide the agency with true statements regarding qualification requirements
Companion / Sitter
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Completion of training or passing of competency assessment as appropriate
- Negative TB Test Results
